The aim of this work was to statistically evaluate the effect of elicitors on the product and its use. In the first part of my thesis I dealt with botanical characteristics, agrotechnics, chemical composition, methods of determination of active substances, pharmacological effects of some active substances and others. In the practical part, I analyzed the influence of elicitors on the content of active substances. In addition to NanoFYT Si?, the ASA elicitor was used in three different concentrations, low [10-5 mol / l], medium [10-4 mol / l] and high [10-3 mol / l]. Finally, I made a statistical evaluation of individual experiments, comparison with other published experiments and a proposal of technology of cultivation and utilization of cannabis.

The aim of this thesis was to determine the influence of elicitors and growing technology on the product and its use. In the literary part, I dealt with botanical characteristics, agrotechnics, pharmacological effects, chemical composition of calves, methods of determination of active substances and others. In the practical part, I investigated the effect of elicitors on the content of active substances. Acetylsalicylic acid elicitor was used in three different concentrations, low [10-5 mol / l], medium [10-4 mol / l] and high [10-3 mol / l]. Finally, I made a statistical evaluation and compared the results of other publications.

This work is focused to prove effect of elicitors as stimulators of plant immunity on amount of biologically effective compounds in plant Matricaria recutita. For two years the field culture of Matricaria recutita was grown. As elicitor was used Acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) in different dose of elicitor (low, medium, high, neutral). Concentration of selected biological active substances in floss of Matricaria recutita plant was measured to prove the elicitation of the leaf application of elicitors.
The effect of pyrazine derivatives on the secondary metabolites production in in vitro cultures of medicinal plants I.

The aim of this work was to investigate the effect of pyrazine derivative, 1-octyl-3-(pyrazin-2- yl)urea, as an abiotic elicitor on the production of flavonoid rutin in in vitro cultures of Fagopyrum esculentum Moench., Cultivar Bamby. Suspension and callus cultures were cultivated on Murashige and Skoog nutrient medium (MS) with the addition of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) as growth regulator at a concentration of 1 mg/l. The elicitor solution was added to the cultures at three concentrations: c1 (100,0 mg/100 ml), c2 (10,0 mg/100 ml) and c3 (1,0 mg/100 ml). The elicitor was monitored at six time intervals: 6, 12, 24, 48, 72 and 168 hours. To control samples 1 ml of ethanol 96% was added instead of elicitor solution and samples were collected after 24 and 168 hours. Samples were taken at given time intervals and dried. Subsequently, the rutin content was monitored by HPLC. The rutin release into the nutrient medium was also tested. During the experiment on the callus cultures no statistically significant increase in rutin production after elicitor treatment was observed. But elicitor increased rutin production in suspension cultures after treatment in all tested concentrations. The calluses always released rutin into the nutrient medium. In the literary part of the thesis are information about the possibilities of influencing the quality of grain barely with foliar fertilizers and elicitors. In the practical part we explored the effect off ertilizer of company AGRA GROUP a.s. on quality of barley. The results of small-plot field trials established on plots of the Agrospol agricultural enterprise in 2014 and 2015 in Velká Bystřic we can see the positive effect of applied foliar fertilizers on the yield of the grain of spring barley variety Bojos. Also we can see positive effect on the quality of the grain, specially on the mechanical properties. Preparation NanoFyt Si had the positive effect on the yield, increase the proportion of leading grain and contributed to higher starch content. Foliar fertilizer K-Gel supported the use of fertilizers UREAstabil + AmisaN, which led to higher yields and better grain quality. Preparation nitrophenol increased yield and starch content of the grain.
